平面設計組Graphic Design Category

藉由插畫、書籍、印刷、包裝等視覺藝術之載體來表達創作或應用設計；亦可結合影像、符號或文字等各種或多種方式來表現。創作媒材與創作方式不限。可為電腦繪圖或手創創作，以平面圖呈現單一或系列作品即可。

Works or applied designs by means of illustrations, books, printings, package designs and other visual arts; the works can combine images, symbols or scripts and be expressed in a variety of ways. Media and method are not limited. The works can be a computer graphics or a hand creation; either a single image and a series of works are welcomed.

禮品設計組Gift Design Category

藉由各類生活用品為題材，如文具、玩具、擺飾、燈具、收納、公仔、傢俱、寢具服飾配件等等，不限材質，可自由搭配成單一或系列性套組，為可量產之禮品設計。

Gift design works can be any daily necessities, such as stationery, toys, ornaments, lamps, storages, dolls, furniture, bedding, accessories, etc. Material is not limited. Works should be a combinable single or a series of sets and can be mass- produced.

數位動畫組Digital Animation Category

藉由數位創作方式而製成2D或3D類型的動畫或數位特效作品，可結合文字、聲音、圖像、動畫及其他可能元素，單一表現或複合運用，創造出具有藝術創意或產業潛能的作品。

2D or 3D digital animation or digital effects works created by means of digital creations. Works combine scripts, sounds, images, animations or other possible elements that show art creativities or industry potentials are welcomed.

*每位/組參賽者可同時報名其他組別，也可重複報名同組別。
*Each participant / team can submit works to multiple categories and is also allowed to submit multiple works in the same category.

1.不限同國籍之個人或團體皆可參加，年齡限制為18-35歲（出生年份為1982-1999）。

2.為廣納更多有創意之參賽作品，並鼓勵各年齡層人士參賽，年齡為18歲以下或35歲以上之參賽者，其參賽辦法依照「特別獎」辦理。參賽之任何辦法皆與18-35之參賽者相同，惟最終得獎人數及獎金不同。

3.以團隊方式報名之參賽者：報名時需以報名者為團隊代表人，當主辦單位發送通知及獎金發放時，均以此人為送達代收者。團體報名人數每組限制為2-5位。

4.未滿20歲之參賽者，須由其法定代理人同意並親自簽名，並附上參賽者及其法定代理人之身份證明文件影本，否則視為未完成報名程序。(請繳交附件四：未滿20歲參賽同意書)

1.No limitation on nationality. Interested groups or individual are welcomed. Age limitation is between 18 to 35 years old.(birth year from 1982-1999)

2.In order to receive more creative works from different ages, participants below 18 or above 35 years old should follw the rules of “Special Awards”,which are completely the same as rules for participants between 18-35 except the number of finalists and the prize.

3.For group participants, the person applying for the competition should be the representative. Organizer will send notificfications and prize money to this person. And each team should be 2-5 members.

4.Participant under 20 years of age has to obtain the consent and signature of his/her legal representative. Meanwhile, to attach the ID photocopies of both the participant and his/her legal representative. Otherwise, the application is deemed as unfinished. (Please submit Annex IV)

評審標準Judging Criteria

將藝術家夏荊山書畫作品及其背後之蘊含的「慈善理念」與「人生哲理」，應用與文化意涵詮釋，以創意力出發，力求突破，切合本活動主題表達出主題概念與美感的設計。執行單位將邀請國內外不同領域專家組成初、決選評審團進行評選。

• --50%　美學創意：造型、構圖、設計、色彩配置及教育衍生性。
• --30%　切 題 性：夏荊山居士書畫作品及其背後之蘊含的「慈善理念」與「人生哲理」應用與文化意涵詮釋。
• --20%　圖面表達：版面配置之美觀、傳達設計理念的清晰度。

The Organizing Committee will invite professionals around the world to conduct the evaluation based on the following criteria:
- Application and interpretation of the artworks of Artist Xia Jing Shan and the concepts of "philanthropic ideas" and "life philosophy" found in his works.
- Designs that are full of creativity and groundbreaking ideas, and successfully deliver the concept and aesthetics of the theme.

• --50%　Aesthetics And Creativity：Design, composition, color scheme and educational derivatives.
• --30%　Thematic：Application and interpretation of the artworks of Master Xia Jing Shan and the concepts of "philanthropic ideas" and "life philosophy" found in his works.
• --20%　Visual Expression：Aesthetics and the clarity of the design concept and layout.
